How we can assist

Mainly through the recommendation of previous clients we receive requests for assistance from all over Thailand as well as sponsors based in the UK. This is particularly so with 'family' applications and we have valuable experience of spouse settlement, fiancée, child settlement, unmarried partner and civil partnership applications. We also assist with visitor visa applications.
We can liaise with the applicant and sponsor whilst they are apart and assist with the receipt and handling of the necessary documents from the UK. The process of assessing the application and advising on how best to proceed can often be successfully completed via e-mail and with only brief meetings with the applicant (and sponsor if appropriate) prior to the submission of the application.
Information and guidance on the required TB and English language testing for spouse and partner applications is also provided.
We can arrange for officially accepted translations of documents required to support applications.
Whilst these applications can be more protracted and frustrating for both applicant and sponsor our input eases the process and helps reach a satisfactory conclusion.
